The Rayon Skirtband is our Winter version to layer over rayon leggings. We all love the functionality of pockets. Here is a simple pull-on skirt that layers on top of any bottoms - pants, leggings, skirts. Styled with a front pouch pocket for easy access to keys, etc. and side/back pockets for holding your phone without falling out or being too bulky. Stay in your leggings all day, HANDS FREE, because, when you pull on your skirtband with front and back coverage, you’re covered with pockets.
